This full-day training builds on the knowledge gained in the FASD Foundations training for professionals.
In this Masterclass, we go beyond the basics, building on, practising and extending the skills and techniques learned in the foundations training.
This training will provide you with extensive practice in:
✅ Explaining the strengths and abilities of highly complex, neurodivergent individuals to parents, teachers and other professionals
✅ Evaluating and explaining environments and tasks from a brain-based perspective
✅ Mapping complex behavioural symptoms such as stealing, verbal and physical aggression, confabulation and perseveration
✅ Determining and explaining an individual's "Levels of Functioning"
✅ Using Ability Mapping and other tools to justify NDIS supports and other funding
✅ Mapping parenting and behaviour management strategies to explore those most and least likely to be successful
✅ Advocating for interventions, supports and accommodations using brain-based justifications

Completion of FASD Foundation training is a prerequisite for all Masterclass Level training
