FASD Group Supervision for Professionals: Interventions focused

With Dr Vanessa Spiller, Clinical Psychologist, Educator, Author, and Parent to a young adult with complex neurodiversities.

 

This is a group for professionals who are already working or want to work more with individuals with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders but would benefit from more support.
 
Facilitated by Dr Vanessa Spiller, Dr Spiller works extensively with individuals and their families impacted by FASD and provides training and education nationally and internationally. She is a clinical psychologist and STAP-accredited supervisor. 
 
   The author of two books, "Explained by Brain" and "Mind the Gaps," her approaches are informed by national and international research, best practice guidelines, and real-world practical experience.   
 
The group will be limited to 6 members and will run Monday evenings between 7 and 9 pm each month, commencing on May 13th, 2024.
 
All participants will have the opportunity to present an individual/family they are working with and provide input into the work of others. 
 
 
 Participants must have completed Foundational FASD Training with Dr Spiller previously in order to enrol. 
 
Cost: $720 (+ GST)

  • Pricing is not inclusive of GST.  
  •  To receive a refund, written notice of cancellatios must be provided in 10  working days (2 weeks) prior to the starting date.
  •  Registrations can be transferred to another person. 
  • JumpStart Psychology/FASD Training Australia is not responsible for any personal circumstances that prevent your attendance.
  • Missed supervision sessions will be forfeited. 
  • In the event of presenter cancellation, supervision will be transferred to an alternative date.
  • The supervision sessions running are subject to a minimum number of enrolments.
  • Your attendance is subject to full payment being received.
  • The cancellation policy is final and not negotiable.
